We encourage participants to arrive no more than 45 minutes prior to their race start time.

Venue Map

Start Process

Runners are requested to arrive 45mins prior to their start time to support density reduction at the event.

Seeded & Preferred Start Groups

On arrival, please go to the marshalling area as marked by the ‘EL’ and ‘P’ icon on the map below. You must have your race bib on before accessing your marshalling area. You will be escorted to the start line prior to your race commencing.

Blue & Orange Start Groups

On arrival, please approach the start line via the entry point in front of the Fountain as marked by the blue or orange line on the map below. You must have your race bib on before accessing your marshalling area.

Red, Green & Yellow Start Groups

On arrival, make your way to the Start Marshalling Area entry point as marked by the Red, Green & Yellow arrows on the map below. You must have your race bib on before accessing your marshalling area. All runners will be escorted to the start line, entering via College Street.

Gear Drop

A gear drop service will be available on race day, please see below for further details regarding this service. See-through bags can be collected at the Expo if you wish to pre-pack your gear prior to event day.

Gear Drop Process

  • You will be given a see-through bag at the gear drop area or you can take one home from Expo.
  • Write your bib number on the outside of the bag with the markers provided
  • Only individual items may be placed within the bag, such as a change of clothes, lightweight jacket, water bottle, post-race snacks
  • No personal bags of any description (backpacks, purses, handbags) will be accepted
  • Show your bib when leaving your bag with the gear drop volunteers
  • After your run you will be asked again to show your bib to collect your bag

Do not leave any valuables such as wallets, keys or phones with the gear drop service. Event staff will take care of your belongings, but no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged items.

Clothing and bags left anywhere but at the gear drop location will NOT be available for collection upon finishing the race.
